Help Recovering from Anxiety, Trauma and PTSD. Help Navigating Life's Transitions.

Why Should I Try Therapy?

Therapy provides clients a weekly opportunity to share, reflect, learn more about themselves, and think
about the future while living gratefully in the here and now. Life is filled with transitions and being able
to think thoughtfully about the next steps is a gift you give yourself.

What Can I Expect During Our First Session?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. During our first meeting I will learn more from you about your life
and what you hope to achieve from therapy. Over the next several sessions we will set treatment goals
and work collaboratively together to help you achieve them.

Where Is Your Office?

I practice exclusively via telehealth so we will meet privately each week via Zoom. While some clients
prefer in-person therapy, meeting via telehealth offers clients the ability to receive care in the comfort
and privacy of their own homes. Plus, there is no traffic, no parking hassles, and no time wasted driving
to and from! I am licensed in Illinois and pending licensure in Wisconsin and Indiana.

What Are Your Days Of Availability?

I try to be as flexible as possible with clients when scheduling meeting times. I am not available on
Saturday and have limited availability on Sunday.

What Do I Do To Get Started?

Give me a call or send me an email and we will schedule a time to get acquainted!

What Kind Of Clients Do You See?

I see adults and teens. My typical client is someone who wants to work through issues with anxiety,
panic, or life transitions they are experiencing. I also work with clients who have experienced trauma
and abuse.

Will I Have Homework?

Depending on the client and their needs, sometimes I will ask you to journal or prepare notes before our
next session. However, I will almost always defer to your needs and personal preferences regarding in
between session work.

How Do I Know If You Are Right For Me?

I am certainly not the right therapist for everyone. Generally speaking, you will have a sense during the
first session about whether or not we are a good fit. If you decide I am not right for you I will not take it
personally and I will make every effort to offer you a referral to another therapist.
